There arc several ways to get hclp while using the 3DD suite. For general issues, look for answers in this guide and in the Hclp system that is included with the Front-End Windows support routincs. Every item in the Front-End software has mousc-over help, which appcars in the “Information Window” on each page. Thus,. after basic training, you should be able to operate the models without referring to the manuals. But more detailed help is always available there. We are committcd to supporting the 3DD Computational Laboratory worldwide. If you still have guestions, need additional assistance or encounter a problem, please contact ASR Technical Support. We offer unparalleled technical support by ensuring that your model simulations work. If you are having difficulty getting the model to do your task, then send over the model input files and we will tell you what you are doing wrong. Although the suite is very comprehensive, if the model is not able to do the task at hand, then updates are also readily available. These are free of charge if they meet the developmental strategy for the models. An hourly charge will be made for upgrades, only if they do not meet our strategy or are local and site specific.
